Young people with ADHD learn to expect negative comments, even from some teachers. But teachers report they don’t get enough training to properly support neurodivergent students. Ebony makes a personal and impassioned plea for more training in personalised learning. For Ebony Thompson, who struggles with dyslexia/dysgraphia and ADHD, being named a 2020 ABC Heywire winner was a huge achievement.
