Most children with ADHD are given medication, offered counseling and nothing else, Pediatrician Dr. Eko wants to change that. What she has found in her practice is that it’s not just about treating behavior symptoms, it’s about looking at the child as a whole person and recognizing the multitude of factors that can affect behavior. In this heartfelt and informative talk, Dr. Eko opens our eyes to the possibilities of inviting our children to love their brain and be active participants in their health.
Dr Hokehe Eko is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a leader of a non-profit for children in foster care, focusing on fulfilling dreams and teaching children how to fall in love with the health of their brain.
